Our tiniest houseguest was picked up on Saturday morning. It was heartwrenching and hopeful all at the same time. His Mom is trying, she really is. She loves him so much, and so do we. I guess I have to look at it as how lucky he is to have so many people who are over the moon about him, that makes everything a little easier. A little.

This is breaking my heart but making me admire your family all at the same time. I really pray his mom is able to take care of him.

It is wonderful that his mom is trying so hard. But is it totally and completely terrible of me to hope that she has a setback? I guess it is, so I'll just say that she is lucky to have such an amazing and supportive friend to turn to. Hugs!
