Allie is ticklish when she wants to be. I have never met a kid who can decide when to be ticklish. Some days she is so squirmy with the tiniest touch, and on others I can do the best tickle monster and nothing. I don't get it. I didn't realize it was a choice. She is willful, that's for sure.
